I actually enjoyed my experience at Doug Henry of Kinston. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jeremy the sales manager. He kept me company because my car dealer went to fill the vehicle gas tank. STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WITH UP FRONT COST ESTIMATIONS. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS PATRONS WERE PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. STAFF WELL DRESSED AND THE ENTIRE SHOWROOM, MAINTENANCE AREAS WERE CLEAN.

Service department explained clearly what the recall was about and did the necessary work efficiently! The parts department was very helpful re my request to order seat protective covers and in addition ordered them without commitment on my part until they come in and we try them to determine if they fit correctly! They took on a difficult repair involving the a/c in a 1988 Jeep Cherokee. At least 3 other places declined our request to make this repair. Great customer service. I honestly wasn't planning on buying a vehicle that day but Stephanie was so friendly and knowledgeable that I decided to see what the bank approves me for. She was not pushy at all, which I really liked and had a smile on her face the entire time, even though she had to stay late. I left in a brand new car. I am so in love with it.
