Had it for 1 week, did a software update to correct a misfire issue...got it back and less than 300 miles later the check engine light was back on for the exact same cylinder 2 misfire code. Disappointed the issue was not corrected. I will be diagnosing and repairing it myself because I need my vehicle that was purchased from a Doug Henry dealership at the end of December to actually be reliable.
Took vehicle in and got out at reasonable time. Questions answered, given veteran discount which helped some on diesel work

Was asked to diagnose ticking after waiting a week for apt was told may need to leave overnight then I had to call for 4 hrs to get a hold of service bc they put scan tool on and come back with bad tt. Didn't address leaking oil or ticking.
